Devendra B. Harnesha is a young and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant & Advocate by profession, specializing in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Civil Procedure, and Business Laws. He is a renowned and the youngest counsel of the Income Tax department and represents on behalf of the department in Hon’ble Bombay High Court & NCLT. He is ambitious and determined towards his profession and is indulged in giving recommendations to the honorable Finance Minister on various aspects of the GST laws.

He is also advisor to key industry associations on various legalities; Federation of Association of Maharashtra (FAM) the apex body of associations having more than 750 association of Maharashtra-

a. The Metal and Stainless Steel Merchants’ Association (MASSMA) Asia’s largest traders association,

b. Bombay Iron Merchants’ Association (BIMA) one of the oldest association.

c. He is also a member of various social and religious associations like the Bharat Jain Maha-mandal which is more than 150 years old.
